What is your primary product or service?
Storage space for residential and business customers. Garage style storage units connected to each other but separate access.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
When we bought land for our Metalcraft business (we sell metal bending tools and stampings online) the realtor suggested we buy extra land so we would know who our neighbor was and we would have the land in event we wanted to expand. In meantime he suggested we build storage units and that's what we did. Northwest Storage has 60 storage units. Then on July 31st, 2013 we purchased Safe-N-Secure Storage as that is close to our home and it has larger size storage units than ones at Northwest Storage so it is a perfect fit.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Customer service by far. We are a family owned business and we treat others how we like to be treated. We go the extra mile for our customers.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We own both Northwest Storage LLC and Safe-N-Secure Storage LLC. 175 total storage units.

After renting, when renters come back to rent again at our facility or they pass on our information on to others. Our motto is "We do the little things that count" and our renters see it and appreciate our efforts in keeping this facility in quality condition.
